Notice is hereby given that the Crail Preservation Society’s Annual General Meeting will take place on 17 February 2020 at 7.30 pm in the Crail Town Hall. The agenda will be as follows:

2. Minutes of the AGM held 11th February 2019.
3. Chairman’s report
4. Planning report
5. Presentation of annual accounts
6. Election of office bearers and committee for 2020-2021
Nominations are required for all office bearers and three committee members. Closing date for nominations is Wednesday 12th February 2020.
7. AOCB
At the conclusion of the meeting there will be a talk by Ian Ramsay and Sandy Young on the recently concluded doocot renovations.
